Joan M. Grimes is a Walnut Creek–based attorney with over 30 years of experience in estate planning and bankruptcy law. She holds a B.A. from UC Berkeley and a J.D. from California Western University and is a member of the California State Bar.

Jennifer L. Wallis is an attorney specializing in wealth preservation and estate planning. She earned her B.A. from UC Davis and her J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco. She became a partner in her mother’s practice in 2015 and is also a member of the California State Bar.
