First on the agenda is Mary Beall, the Broker Manager of ReMax Accord right here in Rossmoor. Mary is well-known for her extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, and she will share her insights on the current trends and developments. In particular, Mary will address the recent insurance issues impacting Rossmoor, providing valuable information on how these developments could affect residents and property owners.
