The Financial Forum welcomes Sean Gurson and Mario Hernandez to the Fireside Room in the Gateway Clubhouse at 3 PM on Tuesday, January 27th. The title of their presentations will be: "Where Berkshire Hathaway Meets Bitcoin" and "How Organizing Your Estate Can Be a Lifesaver for Your Loved Ones.”
About the Speakers:
Sean Gurson is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Unlock Investments, Where Berkshire Meets Bitcoin. Sean began studying Warren Buffett, Berkshire Hathaway, and value investing in 2001, and purchased his first Bitcoin in 2018. He holds a Certificate in Blockchain and Digital Assets from Ric Edelman’s Digital Asset Council for Financial Professionals.
Sean believes Bitcoin is a uniquely predictable money technology and explains why both professional and retail investors may consider allocating up to 5%. His professional background includes wealth management, trading, and data engineering roles at Wells Fargo Advisors and Moody’s. He earned his B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
Mario Hernandez writes monthly articles for Kiplinger magazine and has been quoted in national publications including Real Simple, NerdWallet, and U.S. News & World Report. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Hayward, and a master’s degree in financial planning from Golden Gate University. Mario also maintains insurance licenses in multiple states, including California.
